As part of our ongoing efforts to develop and deliver new initiatives which aim to provide you with the very best support possible, we have added a new position to our support model, the Account Executive.
We’re happy to announce that Leslie Valdes has been appointed to the first of these new positions, the Account Executive. In her new role, Mrs. Valdes will function as a dedicated resource for customers using our eSolutions Financial Aid Software as a Service or Advantage/Hosted Student Information Systems from implementation to ongoing support.
Mrs. Valdes brings over ten years of experience in higher education, which includes comprehensive knowledge of financial aid and expertise in FAME’s solutions. Mrs. Valdes also has extensive experience working with Student Information Systems and school operations.
