IPEDS Registration and School Data Confirmation Form

Reporting to IPEDS is mandatory for institutions that participate in or are applicants for participation in any Federal financial assistance program authorized by Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (20 USC 1094, Section 487(a)(17)).   

Fame’s IPEDS service is designed to support schools during this time-consuming process by tracking and meeting all fall, winter, and spring IPEDS deadlines.  The Fame team partners directly with your staff to ensure required sections are completed accurately and on time.  Fame will collaborate with your staff to streamline the submission process, complete data entry, review any error flags to provide required explanations, and ready the submission for the school’s keyholder to complete the transmission of the completed reports.  The IPEDS reports within the software products will continue to be available to all schools. 

To request this service for the 2026-2027 IPEDS data collection cycle and forward, please fill out the form below no later than XX/XX/2026. The school’s keyholder will be required to register with IPEDS for the 2026-27 data collection cycle and request user-level access for Fame consultant access.
